Clear Height Properties Acquires Industrial Service Facility (“ISF”) in Chicago, Illinois

Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has acquired a rare 60,000 square foot industrial building located at 832 South Central Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.

The property sits on over 2.2 acres of land on the south side of I-290, along South Central Avenue, with immediate access via a four-way interchange to I-290. Clear Height will raze portions of the building, reimagining the property into an efficient 25,000 square foot building with six interior dock-high doors and 30’ clear height. Key to the redesign is the creation of a new secured nearly one-acre parking area to accommodate a fleet of field service vehicles or truck trailers.
