Clear Height Properties Announces Purchase of 29,070 SF Industrial Building in Addison, Illinois

Clear Height Properties has purchased a 29,070 square-foot, multi-tenant warehouse facility located at 111 S. Lombard Rd. in Addison, Illinois.

“The 100% leased, 6-tenant building has flexibly-sized functional industrial suites,” said Ryan Maher, Director of Acquisitions, Clear Height Properties. “All units have access to loading and we’re only three minutes from I-355. There’s even a retail food operation in the front of the building as an added amenity to tenants. We’re excited to get started on the capital improvements we have planned.”
