Clear Height Properties Announces Purchase of 77,299 SF Industrial Building via Sale/Leaseback in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Clear Height Properties has purchased a 77,299 square-foot single-tenant industrial building located at 320 Marmon Dr. in Bolingbrook IL via sale/leaseback to DYWIDAG Systems International USA, Inc.

DYWIDAG is a global leader in construction and infrastructure technology that works with government authorities, asset owners, construction companies, and design offices to support their infrastructure projects.

320 Marmon Dr. is DYWIDAG’s North American headquarters and they have occupied the building since the 1980s.

“The property is in the bustling I-55 submarket,” said Ryan Maher, Director of Acquisitions, Clear Height Properties. “The location, with close proximity to I-55/I-355, and the reputation of the seller made this sale/leaseback opportunity hard to pass up.”
