Clear Height Properties completed 29 new and renewal leases totaling 205,000 SF in Q1 2024.

Significant transactions in the first quarter of 2024 included:

  • 5120 Prairie Stone Parkway, Hoffman Estates
    • 44,960 square foot lease renewal with a multinational automobile manufacturer.
    • The tenant was represented by Brett Racanelli with Cushman and Wakefield.
  • 605 Bonnie, Elk Grove Village
    • 21,400 square foot new lease with an international logistics services company.
    • The tenant was represented by Han Wang with Charles Rutenberg Realty and Clear Height was represented Justin Lerner, Joe Karmin, and Ross Lehrman with Transwestern.
  • 9211 Gage, Franklin Park
    • 18,800 square foot new lease with Precision Today, a full-service heating and cooling company.
    • Precision Today was represented by the Cresa team of Eric Walker, Will Martin, and Mike Mangan and Clear Height was represented by Jason Lev, John Suerth, and Jimmy Kowalcyzk with CBRE.
  • 123 Ambassador, Naperville
    • 17,325 square foot renewal with a manufacturer of the entire range of collision repair equipment.
