Clear Height Properties has named Max P. Hoye its Director of Leasing. Max comes to Clear Height with a decade of diversified real estate experience and holds a managing broker license in the state of Illinois. In this role, Max will oversee CHP’s current portfolio of 42 properties, totaling approximately three million square feet. Max’s addition to CHP is an integral part of Clear Height’s goal of quadrupling its portfolio by 2027. The announcement of Max’s new position was made by Rick Nevarez, Director of Acquisitions and Leasing at Clear Height Properties.

“Max has a diverse resume and deep understanding of the commercial real estate life cycle,” Nevarez said. “This allows him to see the full-picture collaboration between leasing, asset management, property management, and collective impact on investment returns. I couldn’t think of a better person to bring onboard as I transition to acquisitions full-time. I’m confident that Max will knock it out of the park.”

As Director of Leasing, Hoye will be responsible for nurturing relationships with CHP’s 300+ existing tenants, prospects, and the brokerage community. The tenant and broker relationships are critical components of the future growth and success for Clear Height. “It’s a great time to be an industrial property owner/investor with vacancy rates at historic lows and continued upward pressure on rental rates,” Hoye said. “While it’s an efficient and tight market, you can never take the market, connections with the brokerage community, or your existing tenants for granted.”

Hoye brings ten years of diversified real estate experience to his role at Clear Height. Most recently, he was Vice President and Managing Broker for GAIN CRE Services, Inc. where he established the brokerage and investment verticals. Previously, while part of JLL, he was recognized for outstanding property management of NBC Tower and O’Hare Plaza, commercial assets exceeding one million square feet each, located in Chicago.

Hoye graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in Spanish. He also earned a commercial real estate analysis and investment certification from the MIT School of Architecture. Outside of work, Max is one of nine board members on the City of Naperville’s Building Review Board.
