Clear Height Properties Sells Industrial Service Facility (“ISF”) in Addison, Illinois with a Fortune 50 Global Shipping and Logistics Firm as the Tenant

Clear Height Properties (“Clear Height”) has sold a single-tenant fully leased 34,700 square-foot ISF located at 1404 West Fullerton Avenue, in Addison, Illinois. Clear Height purchased the property in September 2022 vacant and executed a series of capital improvements, then leased the property to a Fortune 50 global shipping and logistics firm.

The building is centrally located in DuPage County with immediate access to I-355 between I-290 and Route 83. The property features seven drive-thru service bays and an additional 1.5+ acres of secured land for outside storage and/or trailer parking.
