Clear Height Properties Acquires 105,000 Square Foot Flex Building in the Dupage County/West Suburban Market

Clear Height, along with its investment partners, closed on the acquisition of 2000 Bloomingdale Road, a 105,000 square foot, multi-tenant flex industrial property located in Glendale Heights, Illinois.

The property is 92% leased and is subdivided into 16 units. An 8,343 square foot unit is available for lease. The building has a total of 17 exterior docks and 14 drive-in-doors.

Clear Height plans to make several base building and cosmetic improvements to the property including new signage, resurfacing the parking lot, replacing the roof and new HVAC systems.

Clear Height was represented in the transaction by Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Transwestern. The seller was represented in the transaction by Jim Rigney of Morken & Associates.
