Singerman Real Estate Relocates to New Space at 980 N. Michigan Avenue
Clear Height Properties’ Project and Development Services Division Served as Project Manager
Singerman Real Estate, a real estate private equity firm, has relocated to a new, 8,000-square-foot corporate headquarters office at 980 N. Michigan Avenue. The Project & Development Services Division of Clear Height Properties served as project manager for the tenant improvement assignment, inclusive of the design, buildout and relocation.
The new space, designed by GREC Architects, includes a dramatic reception area, private offices, board room, conference rooms, an open workstation area and kitchen. Singerman previously occupied space on the 16th floor of the building. The new and expanded space provides the firm with room to accommodate ongoing growth.
