SNAProducts Signs Third Northbrook Lease With Clear Height Properties
Company Launches SNAP Healthcare to Meet Business/Consumer Demand from COVID-19 Pandemic
Northbrook based SNAProducts has completed a lease for approximately 5,100 square feet at 714 Landwehr, Northbrook, IL in north suburban Northbrook to accommodate the continued growth and expansion of the woman-owned business. SNAProducts, and its subsidiaries, now occupy almost 20,000 square feet of space in buildings owned and managed by Clear Height Properties.
The new space will be the home of a subsidiary company, SNAP Healthcare. With the US and North America experiencing shortages of hand sanitizers, disinfectants and other PPE supplies as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic SNAProducts launched SNAP Healthcare to leverage international supply chains and satisfy an increasing businesses and consumer demand.
Among the products SNAP Healthcare offers include sanitizers, disinfectants, masks, shields and goggles. These products can be purchased individually. The firm can also create customized, private-label packaging for businesses to help ensure the safety and peace of mind of employees, guests and clients.
SNAP Healthcare is a natural extension and expansion of SNAProducts, which was launched 20 years ago by Kate Kimmerle, with the single mission to create and merchandise high-quality products consumers want “in a snap.”

The new space at 714 Landwehr features 5,094 square feet of space. The space is used by SNAP Healthcare for everything from product manufacturing and customization to compliance and distribution.
This is the third time Clear Height Properties has leased space to SNAProducts since 2016. Its original lease for just over 7,000 square feet of space at 3149 MacArthur Boulevard in Northbrook is used as the corporate headquarters for the firm. Earlier this year, in January 2020, because of the continued growth of the business, the company needed to expand its ecommerce (warehouse and distribution) operations and looked to Clear Height to accommodate those needs. SNAProducts leased another 7,000 square feet of space at 3135 MacArthur Blvd.
